Quick answers to common questions

Which entity should I choose, LLC or C-Corp?

LLCs are flexible and great for holding assets, e-commerce, and small teams. C-Corps are usually required if you plan to raise venture capital or go public. We'll recommend one in the discovery call.

Do I need a U.S. address or Social Security Number?

No. We provide a 1505 Registered Agent address, and non-U.S. founders can apply for an EIN using an ITIN or by faxing Form SS-4.

How long does formation take?

Most states approve within 3–10 business days. Expedited options are available in Delaware, Wyoming, and New York.

What happens after my company is formed?

You'll receive a digital folder with every state-filed document, plus reminders for the next annual report, franchise tax, and federal filings.

Can you help me open a U.S. bank account?

Yes. Our banking kit includes the documents most U.S. banks request, and we work with a partner network of banks that accept remote applications from non-U.S. founders.
